Abstrak

Indonesia is a country with a densen population. One of them is the city of Medan with a high level of density. So many people are looking for a place to live an have easy access to it. The need for shelter is a primary need for humans as a place for shelter and activities. Therefore, the design of shopping centers and housing was carried out because in the city of Medan there were no plans for housing was carried out because in the city of Medan there were no plans got housing located abover shopping centers which are commercial buildings. For this reason, the theme for designing this Shopping Center and Housing uses Green Architecture
